(cookbook of Matthieu Dumas, Mille et une feuilles - 1001 layers, just came out in january 2006, 30 recipes of French cream puff pastries Miillefeuilles, literarily meaning thousand sheets, a Hachette book in French)
♥♥♥ ♥♥♥ ♥♥♥
Chamomille sat, hungarily, with a sugary craving, in front of the boxes of the new sisters arrived for some time.. the kimono gals family has suddenly grown...

petite Coccinelle, this is your new big sister, Millefeuilles

MIllefeuilles looks sweet, sugary, "framboisery", "chocolatiery" and delicious... she is afterall a French dessert! Her yukata, notably the obi, ressembles the Mille-feuilles

oh she smells sweet...

Millefeuilles this is your birthday:)

Phedre was the first one who came, in yukata as a courtesy, to greet Millefeuilles.... a conspiracry is in the air.... that of devouring .... a delice

Yukata fever: besides Strawberry Millefeuilles and Ladybug in stock kimonos, Chamomille wears a blue sugarmag yukata of last year and kir's sunflower summer crocheted hat; Phedre wears a blue licca yukata in crane motif, kir's blues bloodymary hat
o j'ai envie d'un potage aux champignons...

The tradition of picking and eating wild mushrooms is prominent in most Slavic countries such as Russia, Poland, and the Czech Republic among others. Whole families often venture into the nearest forest after a strong rain during mushroom season, picking bucketfuls of mushrooms, which are cooked and eaten for dinner upon return or alternatively dried or marinated for later consumption.

Phèdre went for mushroom hunt

and discovered at least 4 kinds of mushrooms in the grass

in different neo and petite scales...

in this series, i filmed the 'dark' and sinister side of Phèdre, in the horizon of her charcoal grey eyes and black frilled and floral lolita attire, amidst the fungi, after a shower of rain...

La tendresse de décadence baudelairienne, les fleurs du mal!
In the rain, Petite Phèdre amazed at her discovery of three-leaf clovers
and sung some melody of Mendolssohn's "hear my prayer" ...

like doves in the rainy sky... o for the wings of a dove, far away far away would i rove...

in the wilderness build me, build me a nest

and remain there for ever at rest

from her eyes of the petite world, watching the rain dropping on the vast lawn

(a lunchtime rhapsody today... myself, the camera and the girls are wet...)
Phèdre went to the baking school

so nervous in the first lesson

what to bake ? ....
falling into a nap while the cake was in the oven

chiffon cake!

The first day back home and all alone with the sisters during the day, Phèdre received the package from dollsville !

She waited in excitement until the evening when I came home and deboxed the array of purple bags and boxes of fashion... that enlighten her blythe days...

Thanks for the friendship on the net, Jooli !
Hugs, Janette
a nice try of me of sunset... still long way to go in photography hehee

as dusk falls

under the afternoon sun

candide face...

the absence in the net last week was very much due to my riding hood, besides hectic work ( i have spent my daily 'blythe' available time for her 'transformation'...) and so i dedicated back the past week to the riding hood week, when she was undergoing all those ordeals (photos taken in the weekend of 13th).
She is called Phèdre (special thanks to B pa for the final salvation!!) I wanted her to remain originally looking and this discretely done. She is still lacking a pair of green eyes...

the neon city... while the clear days last

i badly need a tripod... and wish that i can handle it...
Phedre and the flying frenchman at dusk

some sporadic records ot the falling of dusk, modelled by my new born babe, Phèdre, during a barbecue, that started in late afternoon until dusk stole into night

Phèdre was wearing a candy pink hooded and capped emsemble (sugarmag)
the riding hood family...

in slumber

awaken from legendary sleep,,, with a mysterious red cape, looming about in the wood

BBB is named Phèdre (or Phaedra), Racine's tragic heroine
