the sun street, also a one-block road parallel to moon street, which in turn is parallel to star street, where stone stairs lead down to the south side of queen's road east ~ at its dead end a restaurant called 'solstice', still an astrological allusion

down queen's road east are the array of curtain and bedlinen shops
