Cheshire Cole is a native England blythe. She was born in Palitoy in Leicestershire on 16 August 1972, when her first owner was given as her 8-year birthday gift. Since then she lived in Leicestershire (well tended by grandma) until 1989 she followed her first owner's marriage to reside in Caernarfon, Wales. Before she arrived to me last week, she lived and was loved by a TIB member in London for two and a half year since December 2003.
She is totally unaltered, not touched up, in fair complexion,''healthy" body condition and keeps well her amazingly soft honey blond hair with the factory curls. She is a 7-lined girl.
She is named today as Cheshire, from the legendary omniscient and omnipresent (almost another side of yourself?) cheshire cat of Carroll's Alice in the Wonderland, which is also an English county. Her surname is Cole, what she was named in her past life, also an English surname, thus retaining her original English flavour.

She continued to play through the 3 movements. How elegantly, raising a hand according to the mood and emotion of the music and then strike the keys so fluently according to the rudiments...

and at times stepped a pedal... every gesture is so expressive in her music

"This is my pianoforte..".

Bathing in the moonlight from the windows, she sat down naturally to play the moonlight sonata

even in the night, her expressions exuberate the kenner glow...

"everybody... now applause, please..".

"i'm quite satisfied with this piano..."

"... and i'm glad i found my dress, it belongs to me!"

before i got prepared, Miss Cole arrived to me on Monday, after only a 4-day journey all the way from London. (oh what a surprise i need emotions)
During the week afterwork i was able to find incidentally her original dress (thanks to Francis, who could have a spare intact antique dress in his drawer!)
Friday night i bought her a gift, an indispensible piece in her living room...
At midnight she received the gift under the moonlight...

How original she is looking, so rustic and pure! I fell in love at first sight with her, and made a decision in seconds to adopt her...

The melancholic Lys faces the camera for the first time (negligent me! I remembered a weekday evening I had to rush to MK to get Lys and she was the last remaining one on the shelf, and since then her value surged, despite all this she is so melancholic!). She will have more blonde sisters to accompany her, no more melancholy...

when the pictures came out, I realised i used a wrong lighting approach to Lys coz she is so melancholic...

MIllefeuilles looks sweet, sugary, "framboisery", "chocolatiery" and delicious... she is afterall a French dessert! Her yukata, notably the obi, ressembles the Mille-feuilles
